What device are you using? Are you able to try your iD Mobile SIM card inside the other handset?

I work in central London. I have a colleague on the 3 network. We stand outside together and he gets 5G and I only get H+

Please advise.

Different handsets

Does your iD SIM card get 5G when you use it in your work colleague’s handset @Marcel Charilaou? 

Is your handset approved by iD for use on their network @Marcel Charilaou?

We're on different devices and I have tried to reset network settings. H+ seems to be the maximum

Yes, me too. Waiting for my otp to come through to make card payments. Absolutely nothing happening! I'm trying from Kent.
