I want to end my contract I no longer have the phone or SIM card. Please help me to end the contract. I’m very distressed at receiving final demand letters.

In order to disconnect an account, we do require a 30-day notice. If disconnection notice has not been given then the account would remain active and you would be charged the monthly line rental.
The easiest way to cancel your contract is with the iD Mobile app or My Account online.
Simply log in, go to the 'My account' page, and on the 'Manage my plan' tile click 'End my plan'.
You'll then be taken through the cancellation process.
