Hi, my 24 month contract is due to finish on January 11th. I don’t want it to continue so I have requested it to be cancelled on December 14th. I tried to cancel it the week before but your app is very confusing and there’s no one but a robot to speak to. Does this mean I will have to pay for the month of January or has my last bill been paid (paid in December)
