end of contract

Hi, my 24 month contract is due to finish on January 11th. I don’t want it to continue so I have requested it to be cancelled on December 14th. I tried to cancel it the week before but your app is very confusing and there’s no one but a robot to speak to. Does this mean I will have to pay for the month of January or has my last bill been paid (paid in December)

To avoid the 24/7 iD chat-bot, just type “talk to a person” after connecting.

The iD agents work until 8pm weekdays.

No! I’ve tried to email your complaint line to speak to someone. Please can you help. I have been living in Australia for months but have been paying my contract and don’t want it to run over the 24 months!
