end of contract

Hi,

My contract ends tomorrow 22/06 and would like to cancel my current plan/contract to end to prevent paying any further payments.

In place I would like to swap to a pay monthly sim for now.

Can you ensure that my contract is set to finish tomorrow and request one of your team to call me to discuss changing to new monthly plan?

When your iD contract’s MINIMUM TERM finishes, you’re automatically moved to rolling one-month contract at the same monthly rate, which means you can cancel by giving 30-days notice.

To discuss a plan change or upgrade, you can call 020 7139 1397 during normal office hours.
Alternatively, on 23-Jun-2023 login to your “My iD Account” online, and see what upgrade offers are shown.

In this case we’d recommend taking a look at the iD Mobile app for a suitable SIM only upgrade plan to bring prices of your plan down while you decide what’s next.

 

You won’t be automatically enrolled into another extended contact, your plan will be monthly rolling automatically after the contracted period.
