Error trying to change plans

I'm trying to change plan but it keeps bringing up an error message. What do I do?

What’s the error message @Flamesparrow?
Are you trying to do this using the iD app, or online in a web browser from your “My iD Account”?

Have you tried talking to iD support using live chat? Do that online at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat.

The support teams work until 8pm weekdays (6pm at weekends).

I've tried on app and website. I couldn't see live chat at the time, but I'll go and look now. Thank you!

You should be able to make a plan change after your iD Mobile contract’s minimum term has completed.
