Exchange a upgrade handset


I would like to exchange my upgraded handset,  I arranged the upgrade via a telephone sales person 2 days ago but when the handset arrived i realiesed it was smaller than I expected. as I am with the 14days cooling period can the handset be exchanged ?

You can’t exchange @Ian Atkins.
You’ll need to cancel your upgrade (in the cooling off period), which means returning the handset.
Once that’s been sorted, you can begin the upgrade process again.

In your position, I’d ‘talk’ to the iD Mobile social media customer care team, by sending them a private message, using facebook (Messenger) or Twitter (DM).

The agents work 9am - 8pm weekdays, and 9am - 6pm weekends (and bank holidays).

Otherwise, wait here for a day or two - maybe even longer - before the iD team read your post.
