Existing contract upgrade issue.

Taken an upgrade on my existing contract. My old sim is disabled this morning and new one hasnt arrived. My phone will not register to make calls. Cant use the service what can I do ?

Hi @withers_jake,

Welcome to the Community!

It sounds like you moved to a SIM only contract and your old SIM has been deactivated.

We can’t reactivate the old SIM but you can collect a replacement from Curry’s instead so you don’t have to wait for the new one to be delivered.

Once you have the SIM you activate it via the iD Mobile app or your account.

The contract was already sim only.

Got a family member to pick me up a SIM as demonstrated in advice. (Just gave Name + Postcode to SA. Got an e-mail from Currys showing replacement).

Plugged it in my phone. Activated in iD app. Gave it 5 mins, turned phone off then back on. Service restored !!!!
