I have a new plan unlimited phone and texts with 60 minutes per month so n calls to USA. Which is why I took the plan. 3 months in and finally able to call USA when I added £5. Made a few calls and am being charged from my £5??? How to activate “free” 60 minutes?

Hi @Ray Mcburney, I’m not familiar with any packages we offer that include free minutes to the USA. I’d recommend speaking to the Live Chat, Facebook or Twitter teams so they can take a look into your original order and see what’s going on.
