Hi, Over the past couple of days, I’ve received emails re buying new phones on line from Carphone Warehouse. They have/or were to be delivered to an address in Liverpool (I have the Address) but on the day of delivery the Address was changed to one in Windnes (again I have the address). I’ve all had 2 email from Carphone Warehouse what was set up and with whom (1 contract with ID Mobile). Today I’ve had an email saying how much the monthly DD is going to be and when it is being taken. I have the Phone number for this phone, reference number and originator identification number. I also have The ID Direct Debit Details, the Bank Name, Sort Code and part of the Account Number and also a OIN number whatever that is and that it is for 24 months ID 4G. Please help.
