HOW THE HELL ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO ACTUALLY SPEAK TO SOME ONE???

absolutely awful customer service, there is no way to speak to anyone about this they just send a demand for more money to my dead mother???

no option for bereavement on the phone line and what are you supposed to do when you are not the account holder 

shocking display of no support of help available at a very upsetting and awful time for us
