Final demand notice

My daughter has just received a threatening final demand notice for £70.28 she pays by direct debit and the payments are all in order and up to date. Last 2 payments were for £35.14 and right up to date. Can someone help please?

iD Mobile will not discuss your daughter's account with you @Terry2711 

She will need to speak to iD Mobile to find out why she has received such a letter. As there is no telephone support with Id Mobile (its 100% online) she will need to speak to a live chat agent, she can do that here.

She is in Thailand travelling and won't be home until September, the final demand came by post to the house. She isn't using her ID simcard at the moment but is still paying her direct debit

If the contract is in her name, she will need to contact us directly so we can review this further.

If it’s in your name, then we can discuss it with you as you would be the account holder.
