Final Demand Notice - for a Service I've Never Had, nor Requested?

Hi, I’ve received a Final Demand Notice for Telephone No. 07401 603610

 

I’ve never requested, nor even enquired about, a service from ID Mobile - so I don’t know what it is but know it’s not mine!  The Bank Account number given for the DD in the initial setup is not mine either.

 

Can anyone suggest what I should do next, please?

Okay @AJW1966, unfortunately sounds like you’re the victim of an identify fraud.

Best to report this to Action Fraud online in the first instance.
Once you’ve got a case reference number, contact iD for assistance.

I’d recommend using facebook (Messenger), or Twitter (by DM), to contact iD about your issue.

The iD agents work between 9am - 8pm on weekdays, and 9am - 6pm at weekends.
Outside these times you’ll get an automated reply.
