Sorry to hear you’ve had your identity misused.
Have you looked at the eight articles in the “Fraud & phone security” section of the iD community?
You might find a solution to your problem in these articles, otherwise it could be several days or longer before someone from iD Mobile reads your post and responds.
Anyway, hope the issue gets resolved.
