I reported an account being set up under my name as fraud in March at the earliest I had found out about it. I spoke to several customer service representatives about this and didn’t receive the resolve I wanted which was to remove it from my name. Since then I have received many final demand letters which I’ve had to pay and more recently a change of address which has now been added to my credit file although I do not live at that address. The individual who has placed this on my file has taken no responsibility for this and I need to have this matter rectified at the earliest.
