Fraud Letter

I have received a letter saying I have set up a new direct debit with you each month to pay ‘ID account’ - I do not have a contract out with you or set up one or a direct debit. This is fraud as this has happened with several other people. You don’t seem to have a number or anyway to talk to someone? I needed this cancelled and sorted ASAP.

Sorry to hear your details have been used fraudulently.

Messaging in this iD online community isn’t real-time, so it could be several days or longer before iD Mobile read your post.

It might be quicker for you to PM iD Mobile via facebook or twitter.

Best to contact iD between 9am - 6pm - that way you can PM with a real person.

You may also need a reference number from Action Fraud online, when you’re speaking to iD Mobile.
