Fraudulent account set up with my name and address

I am not an ID mobile customer but I have received a letter from ID Mobile stating I have set up a Direct Debit. Someone is using my name and address for this fraud. 

 

How do I go about reporting this and get the account closed? I’d be grateful if someone could get back to me ASAP.

We’ll need to report the account to our Fraud Team.

We’ll send you a private message on here so that we can start an investigation.
