Fraudulent Account Setup with my Name, Address and Bank Account

Can ID Mobile please contact me. 

I have received a letter from O2 for an insurance policy in my name. Having checked my bank account somebody has setup a fraudulent direct debit with ID Mobile which I have cancelled. I wish to speak to a member of the ID Mobile team to notify yourselves formally of the fraudulent activity in order to prevent any repeat.

Sorry to hear your details have been used fraudulently.

Be aware that messaging in this online community isn’t real-time, so it could be several days or longer before anyone at iD sees your post.

Best to contact iD between 9am - 6pm - that way you can PM with a real person.
