When I upgraded I was supposed to receive free buds

Okay @Gillian Purves Lambton, while the Galaxy Buds2 are ‘free’, you’d need to submit your claim to Samsung in order get the ‘free’ Buds2.

Make your claim within 60 days of your eligible purchase (from iD) - cut-off date is 30-Dec-2022.
