Free currys card & 5G

I recently upgraded from SIM only to pixel 8. This came with a free Currys gift card. How/when can we claim this?

I'm also still only getting 4G in a 5G area. Do I need an upgraded SIM?

When did you purchase your Pixel 8?

If between 21/11/2023 - 28/11/2023 your gift card will be emailed to you automatically between 28/12/2023 – 27/1/2024.

Please could you let us know the postcode where you should be getting 5G but aren't? You shouldn't need a new SIM card to use 5G.
