Hi I signed up to Id mobile last month

 I got the email regarding the reward. But when I click on it, it says I haven't switched yet. What do I do please? I've been switched over month

Use the iD web chat to speak to an iD agent - the agents work until 8pm on weekdays.

Which reward are you referring to? Is this a refer a freind voucher or a free gift with the device?
