full 4g no Internet

According to your map I should have full 4g coverage in my area.

Infact I do. But the 4g isn't thr problem. The connection is sound, but there's no data being transferred. 

 

My laptop is telling me there's no connection and my phone apps are kicking me off for no data.

 

It's not "slow" it's just, non existing. 

My old Vodafone sim wad good enough for streaming video, gaming and video calling all at once.

Today, I can't even send a Facebook message, YouTube stopped 10 minutes ago and none of my games load.

 

Galaxy s21 ultra btw. Still waiting to see this mysterious 5g being advertised. And I travel from Boston to Perth every weekend. Still yet to see a single 5g signal.

Hi @Ant Aiken,

 

That does sound very strange. Have you got Mobile Data and Roaming enabled?

 

Are you advising the Vodafone SIM worked fine in the same handset?

I seem to be having the similar issue. I recently transferred over to iD from o2 and my signals showing 4G, but my internet access is terrible. 
 

Did anyone manage to get to the root cause of this?

Have you tried the three network status checker to see if you’re being affected by problems with their mobile network infrastructure?
