Hello,

I'm considering switching to IDmobile, and I have two questions:

1- Is it possible to receive a free SIM card to assess the signal quality and internet speed?

2- Do I need to establish a contract or choose a plan before making the switch, or can I switch first and then select the plan that suits my needs as I can see I need a Transaction Number to do the switch that I’m not sure what do you mean about it?

  1. iD appear to have designed their website such that getting a PAYG SIM card, without buying a monthly bundle at the same time, seems impossible.
  2. A transaction number is generated whenever you order something from the iD Mobile website, and appears in the invoice you get with your purchase.

We wouldn’t be able to send out a free SIM card for you to assess signal, however all iD Mobile plans have the option to return at the beginning of the plan should you find the signal isn’t right for you.

 

A transaction number is generated on our side and sent to your email shortly after dispatch of your order.
