How long does it take from when I order a contract +sim online till I get an answer or any kind of confirmation....email etc.?

I'm answering as I realised that you get an email straight away confirming that you're order is being processed!! ( for some reason the email came in spam )

Hello, I am hoping someone can help. A few days ago I decided to switch from o2 to ID mobile. I got my new phone and new sim and switched everything across. I firstly received a message saying my direct debit had been cancelled by the bank. I then received a message saying the switch was complete and it should take 24 hours. I then got a message saying the switch was complete and I should reset my phone and everything should be good. I did this yesterday but I still have no service and no data. Id mobile said I was due an outstanding balance of 38.99 which im not sure why but I paid this hoping it would solve it. It still hasn’t and im still no closer on getting service or data to work. Has anyone got any suggestions or a helpline number I can phone. I am off on holiday tomorrow and really hoping this can be resolved today. Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately @Angela783, iD Mobile only provide online help & support - there’s no telephone helpline. 

Their main customer support is an online iD Live Chat service, where an iD adviser should be able to assist.

The iD advisors work between 9am - 8pm on weekdays - the iD chatbot works 24/7.

You can also get help by sending iD a private message, using Facebook Messenger - they’ll usually reply within 1-2 hours.
