I bought a SIM and contract in December 2021 with a £25 voucher included. Still haven’t received this voucher. Could you please help to sort this out, please?
I’ve been in touch with customer services (several time), sent all of the necessary information (several time), and every time I get a response, its just wait two business days. Its disappointing, if ID Mobile don’t want fulfil gift cards they shouldn’t offer them.
