When trying to give my phone number (talking to someone), the phone cuts out the numbers. It is impossible to give any information with numbers. i.e., telephone no./receipt no. Anything involving numbers. This is for real and not a joke.

That’s very strange
I wonder if there’s some spyware on your phone, which is designed to record numbers during your telephone conversations.

I’d recommend speaking to your device’s manufacturer to see if they’re aware of this issue and if they have a fix, or it could be worth resetting your device to factory settings to see if this issue continues.
