Hi me again 🤦🏻‍♀️ 

Wanting to upgrade to Google 7pro but coming up as pre order for 20th April. If I upgrade now will my contact go up now or when I actually get the phone. Currently on a rolling 1 monthly contract so going from £8 to £33 don't want to be paying £33 for a month if I don't have the phone. As will also have to pay upfront cost too. Any advice appreciated

Hi @Azzy,

I can see that we have responded to your other post.

However if you upgrade the contract will begin when the new handset is dispatched so you should still be charged the old amount until the new handset is sent out.

Thank so if I order it now I will continue on my £8 a month contract until the phone arrives then it will go up?

@Azzy,

You contact only begins when the order is closed up on dispatched.

This means that you’ll keep paying the current amount and once the order is dispatched your new plan and billing will begin.
