Hi,
I recently got a Google Pixel 7 and a new contract with ID Mobile, first time swapping from O2 in over 10years. The contract I got specifically was for 5G.
However its been two days now, and I can’t seem to connect to 5G using the pixel, I can;’t see this as a network option. I also read a thread that Google 7 isn’t supported on the 5G Network by ID Mobile yet.
Any help from the community would be much apprecaited!

Approved handsets listed online at https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/approved-handsets.
You have to wonder why a mobile network operator sells handsets that aren’t approved for their own network - strange but true in this case.

The team have advised that it’s approved for Wi-Fi calling and you can check the list at the link below:
However we will keep an eye out on the approved list as it should be added soon but we don’t have a timescale as of yet.
