google pixel 7 ear buds

I have just received my new Pixel 7 which is shown on the website with a promotion of a pair of Google pixel buds Pro. I expected to receive the buds with the phone. How do I get these buds.

Hey @Euanp, the buds should have come with the phone.
Maybe iD forgot to dispatch the buds with your handset, or the stock of buds allocated for this offer has been used up.

Was this in conjunction with any other offers?

The phone was purchase on Stayrday 19th August as an upgrade, directly from the IDMobile site.  No other offers.  Ts&Cs state the buds will be sent out with the phone.  Not done!
