I returned my handset upgrade within the cool off period, just before christmas on 21st December. Royal mail delivered my parcel and it was signed for. Since then I have had no refund or contact from ID Mobile. Speaking to the Live chat agents all they have been able to do is send an email to the warehouse to check for my return. I have asked live chat 3 times from the 3rd January and they always give the same response and tell me they need 24 hours to follow up.
