havent recieved welcome email or recipt


Hello,

I bought and activated my new sim about a week ago but I never received either emails with my transaction number, so I am unable to switch my phone number back to my old one.

is there any way I can remedy this as I need people to be able to contact me on my old number.

Hi

 

If you’ve not a;ready done so, check your junk/spam folders as they may have gone in there.

 

If not you’ll have to contact ID Mobile via live chat

Have you checked the junk/spam mail as @IT-dude has suggested?

 

The subject should be similar to “order confirmed” or “welcome to iD Mobile”.
