Hello. 

I can’t seem to access my account or request PUC code on this number REMOVED. I think I have put in incorrect information by mistake at time of starting contact. Think the date of birth my have been put in incorrectly. Now I can not access anything.

Hello @David Loggie,

Have you tried texting the words PAC to the number 65075 ? This should get you a PAC code.
