Hi,

 

I purchased a new plan but am struggling to get my old number on to my new sim. Both are id mobile numbers. What do i need to do?

Hi @Rachel110660, it’s not possible to transfer a number from one iD Mobile line to another. The correct process would have been to perform an upgrade.

You’ll need to return the new line and process an upgrade on the old one. The Live Chat team will be able to help with this.
