Ho do you find the extras that have been added to the monthly bill on the new app. I have a £9 monthly contract but it's showing £13.25 at the minute and I can't find out what the extra charges are for. I could on the old app!

Yes it's there, but it used to be accessible on the old app. Why isn't it on the new app?

We are aware of some users having issues with the app.

Can you please try again and see if it’s working?

Alternatively you can view your bill once it has been generated.
