Hello, so I’ve tried to pay my bill via the app three times and it rejected so I use the phone number to phone and paid it that way I’ve gone back onto the app and it still says that I’m still need to pay it even though the money has gone out my bank and also can you change the number to another number?

Sometimes a payment can take up to 24-hours to reflect. If the payment has been made, and your services are still blocked, the bar will need to manually be lifted from your account by an advisor. We can help with that here if required.

You also are able to request a number change for a £25 charge. It’s worth noting that transferring your number over to us from another network is free of charge.
