Any ideas? No one seems able to help? Chat features arent on my huawei

Hi @Flip78,

 

Could you advise specifically what you mean by “Chat Features”? Do you mean text messages, or something else?

 

Also, have you ported a number over to our network recently? If so, when was it you submitted the PAC code to ourselves?

Seems to be ok now thanks. I was jumping the gun. 

My old number now appears to be on my new phone. I just needed to be more patient. thanks anyway.
