help i am not getting texts from natwest and certain personal contact

Hi

 

I am having issues getting texts from Natwest and from a few family members. I have trued your online chat service who tell me the issue is on the end of the bank but when testing with 3 different personal contacts they have not come through. 

 

I have now put my old VODAFONE SIM back into the phone and even though there is no service provision the texts from the personal contacts have all gone there. 

Still nothing from Natwest. My bank have assured me there are no issues on there end and they can see the messages have been sent.

I have contacted you chat service on 4 different occasions with no resolution and a different answer each time
