I don’t know the mobile number (it was my daughter’s, she can’t remember it), the website doesn’t recognise my email address and yet sends me emails, the call centre is closed, I can’t access live chat because I don’t know the number… it’s a nightmare.
HELP! I cant access an old account that hasnt been used for more than two years and am now being chased for payments that I cant even make because i cant access the account.

I actually finally managed to get it sorted yesterday after tracking down the number through car phone warehouse on Twitter. It’s been a ridiculous nightmare.
