Hello, I have just arrived in Bratislava, I received a text message saying my network would work the same here as at home. However it isn’t working. Please help

You would need to ensure that Roaming is enabled on the handset and the iD Mobile app.
Please try manually connecting to the networks below and check which one you are able to get services with.
