HELP! My sim card has not arrived (nor have I received tracking)

Ordered my new sim card with my monthly plan days ago. Got an email and have since set up a direct debit etc but my new sim card has not arrived and I have not even received tracking details. 
If this is not sorted by tomorrow, I will have no choice but to cancel my direct debit and plan with you and go back to my old provider. 

Please give me a tracking number right away.

Hey @Lily-Rae Hewitt Jas, iD Mobile don’t use tracking for SIM only orders. 

SIM only orders are sent by Royal Mail - there’s more about delivery in the following forum article.

In addition, please note that when you cancel a direct debit you DO NOT cancel the iD contract, nor your order.

This should be in your communications though to avoid panics!

Agree completely @Lily-Rae Hewitt Jas, but I’m just an iD Community member like you, and not really able to make this happen. 

Perhaps someone at iD might feedback your comments to the relevant team.
