I ordered a new phone to switch to id.
When I ordered it the website said in stock (iPhone 11 128gb in purple), yet once ordered I had an email stating that it wasn’t. I was told to check the website for stock updates, but I’m either looking in the wrong place or going mad, but it still states in stock?! All I have is an order number so seemingly I can’t use “live chat”?
Where am I going wrong please?
