HELP please! My contract has ended and two days ago I transferred to ID Mobile PAYG from my ID Mobile contract. I read I could keep my number. Turns out I can’t… the change is in transition so I have asked on the HL for them to claw my old number back and cancel the PAYG but TWICE the agent has cut me off. I am sooo frustrated. I can’t lose my number yet the agent said it is no longer on their systems. I know it can be clawed back by ID mobile but how to speak to someone and get some actual help!!
