help with changing number

Hi I previously was with Id but I got a new phone and contract with id through car phone warehouse and I have received a new number and I would like to change it to my old number but it won't let me change it because they are both id

Unfortunately, you can only use a PAC to transfer your number from one service provider to another service provider.

Hey @Woakes Sandra,

As above, you can only port an iD number from an iD contract.

If you want to keep your number from an old plan, you would need to upgrade it.

 

Currently, you will have 2 contracts each with their own number.
