How can I change my number?

Hi I got a contract with yous a while ago.. is there any way I can change my number to a new one? Someone has my number that shouldn’t have reason for wanting to change it

Yes there is - iD’s fee for a number change is £25.

You’ll need to use the iD live chat service to request the change - good luck @Erin mckeown.

Hey @Erin mckeown,

As @andewhite  mentioned above, you can change your number with a one-off charge of £25.00.

Or this can be waived with a Crime Reference Number if the number change request is linked to a case.

Hey @Baker Gashugi,

We can send you a PM to submit a request to change the number.

This carries a one-off charge of £25.00 or can be waived if you have a crime reference number or Police log number. 

You can also port a number over for free if you have a PAC code.
