Hi there @Kirabx

We'd need you to contact us and answer some security questions and let us know further what records it is you're needing before we could help you here.

If you could get in touch with us either through:

Dialling 0333 003 7777 for our Customer Services Team.
Reaching our Live Chat Team here: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/contact-us
Contacting our Social Media Team on Facebook or Twitter
Emailing our office at:

If you're choosing to email us, please include in your email your iD Community username, your full name, home address and postcode, mobile number, and email address.

Thanks

Hello @Kirabx,

To clarify the above,

If it's a record of your phone calls with us i.e call transcripts etc, then you'll need to submit a Subject Access Request (SAR) and can find the information on how to do this here: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/legal/privacy-and-cookies

If however, you're referring to phone records as in, calls you've made and numbers you've dialled, then please refer to the above response on how to contact us.

That said, your bills are all itemised and you should be able to view this in the iD App/account. These are usually found further down on later pages of the bill. You should be able to download PDF copies of this for your records.
