Long story cut short, I had a device and number with ID but had to return it due to very bad signal issues, I set up call forwarding to another number whilst my phone was due to be returned. I reset all settings on the IPhone 15 but the call forwarding is still on and I no longer have that device (returned to mobiles.co.Uk / ID)

After several hours on live chat and ID staff all saying different things and different codes not working, the call forwarding is still on and apparently ID can’t remove that even though several colleagues said they had removed it but it is still on. How is this possible?
how do I remove call forwarding from a device I no longer have? Already tried all the keypad codes etc.

p.s ID most be the worst network I have ever used.
