Phone did not arrive.

dpd sent it back to warehouse - no note or second attempt. No word from iD mobile who must know by now I do not have the phone

live chat never available - have used iD community tips to no avail.

Got through to  liveChat BOT thing which was useless and then could not put me thru to a person coz all busy.

every email address is “no reply”

tried complaint but can’t get through

tried to cancel, can’t get through

 

how do you communicate with this company? If it’s this bad at the start, how bad will it get?!

No, had no luck with anything anywhere.

i planned on posting a letter tomorrow to cancel the order.

I can’t have a contract if I’ve had no phone! And its within the 14 days in any event

can you sort that?
