How do I find out how long I have left on my contract ?

Please ignore the title above.I have edited the text below .

My ID Mobile contract (costing £12pm) will expire on 29/10/2023.I am no longer using the phone associated with it because I recently bought a new phone with new contract from O2.Can I switch the ID Mobile contract to a different phone which is currently SIM only until October when the ID Mobile contract expires ?

The only way to end an iD Mobile contract, which hasn’t reached the end of its minimum term, is to cancel and pay an early termination fee @Kirkiep.

Hi @Kirkiep 

 

I’d recommend the above from @andewhite, despite the device taken with the contract no longer being used this has no effect on the 24 month contract itself, the minimum contracted term stays the same, if you’d like to cancel early you’ll be subject to the early termination fee, if you’d like to upgrade it to a new device you’d be able to within 60 days of the contract’s minimum term ending.
