I have received a SIM card and I’m trying to transfer my old number from O2.
When I put the SIM into my phone, I’m getting a “No Sim” error message. I can’t transfer my old number to IDMobile as I need to register to transfer this over and I’m getting a PAC error message on that screen too.
I can’t register on the app as that sends a code to my IDMobile phone number which of course I can’t access yet. I’m going round in circles here
I think I need a replacement SIM but I can’t find how to get that
Can someone please help me as this isn’t boding well for a new customer
