How do i get a replacement SIM card?

I have received a SIM card and I’m trying to transfer my old number from O2.  

When I put the SIM into my phone, I’m getting a “No Sim” error message. I can’t transfer my old number to IDMobile as I need to register to transfer this over and I’m getting a PAC error message on that screen too. 

I can’t register on the app as that sends a code to my IDMobile phone number which of course I can’t access yet. I’m going round in circles here  

I think I need a replacement SIM but I can’t find how to get that  

Can someone please help me as this isn’t boding well for a new customer

I’m sorry to hear this about your newly purchased iD Mobile SIM card, have you tried the iD Mobile SIM in another device?

 

Does the device work with other SIMs? 

 

If the SIM doesn’t work in other devices and the device does work other SIMs we can take a look into a replacement SIM for you, please let us know here.
